Даже в почти штормов& #1099;х условия& #1093;, в которых нам пришлос& #1100; ловить, очень важными оказали& #1089;ь проводк& #1072; и ее качеств& #1086;. Er wollte die 0900 Nummern auf die Schippe nehmen und bot Tipps f. das
Turmspringen (Arschbomben) zum Blocktarif zu 129,- Euro / Anruf an. Einfach nur,
um die 0900-Nummern aufs Korn zu nehmen. Extra
fuer ganz doofe nannte Niko Iordanov den unrealistischen Tarif sowie eine
4-stellige 0900-Nummer, die es gar nicht geben kann. Das Ganze stand nur auf seiner privaten
Seite KUNSTSPRINGEN.de, die nur an Freunde gedacht war und am Tag maximal 10 Besucher hat.
Einfach nur ein Spass, ein ironischer Gruss an die teuren Blocktarife.
Nur der Spiegel-Online-Redakteur Christoph Titz will es nicht gemerkt haben und schrieb folgende Unwahrheit,
um Niko Jordanov absichtlich zu diskreditieren:
"Der ehemalige deutsche Turmspring-Meister bietet zudem "Privatunterricht
im Kunst- und Turmspringen" an ("7 Tage a 90 Minuten 1999 Euro"), dazu
telefonische Tipps f. Kunstspringen sowie Arschbomben.
Die kommen den Anrufer besonders teuer zu stehen: Winzig steht unter dem
Foto ein Hinweis auf den "Blocktarif" von satten 129,95 Euro pro Anruf
unter einer 0900-Nummer."
Dass es sich dabei um Niko Iordanovs reine Satire gehandelt hat schreibt Christoph Titz vom Spiegel
nicht, obwohl er zu korrekter Recherche verpflichtet ist und war.
Obwohl dem Spiegel-Online nun bekannt ist, dass es nur Satire war, weigert er sich, den
Artikel zu berichtigen. Niko Iordanov wird nun seit dem 18.6.2008 von Christoph Titz diskreditiert.
Was denkt sich Christoph Titz dabei? Weshalb gestattet der Spiegel diese Ehrverletzung!
Nun findet man, wenn man nach Niko Iordanov sucht, den falschen und unwahren
Bericht auf Platz 1. Es entsteht Niko Jordanov dadurch ein enormer Rufschaden, da jeder
Leser denken muss, es handelt sich um eine echte 0900-Nummer. Leider soll
es noch Leute geben, die dem Nachrichtenmagazin Vertrauen schenken.
Jedem Leser der Webseite kunstspringen.de wird klar, dass es nur ein Scherz sein
kann. Der Spiegel leitet die Leser aber in die Irre mit der Behauptung, "dann wird
es richtig teuer". (Der Leser denkt dadurch, dass der Spiegel recherchiert hat, was
aber nicht stimmt.)
Es gibt noch ein weitere Opfer von Spiegel-Online:
Wie auch bei Cashvote.de, wo die Satire-Homepage "Wahlstimmenkauf
im Paket" als wahr berichtet wurde, obwohl es offensichtliche Satire war. Da
schreibt Spiegel-Online "Man sucht verzweifelt nach Anzeichen, dass Cashvote nur
eine Satire ist. Allein, es finden sich keine."
Jedem wird klar, dass es keine Stimmen im 10.000er-Paket zu kaufen gibt. Ausserdem
hat der Spiegel auch hier seine Recherchepflicht ignoriert.
Niko Iordanov hat rechtliche Schritte gegen Spiegel-Online eingeleitet und bereitet
eine Schadensersatzklage vor. Es bleibt unklar, weshalb Christoph Titz Satire aufgreift
und diese als wahre Tatsache berichtet. Jeder, der in Zukunft einen Scherz macht muss
damit rechnen, dass der Spiegel daraus eine Sensationsnachricht macht.
Da ich mich um Gerechtigkeit sorge, stelle ich das hier mal so rein, damit sich jeder
mal Gedanken macht, inwiefern man Spiegel-Online und den Recherchen von Christoph Titz noch trauen darf.
